1. Healthy but Human

This podcast is hosted by Callie Gualy – serial entrepreneur, mom, wife, Pilates instructor, and Jesus follower. She keeps it vulnerable on her podcast as she breaks into the health and wellness space with a much needed reality check.
Her podcast gives facetiming your bestie vibes so if you’re looking for someone who will encourage you, help you live a healthy (but still human) lifestyle, and point you to Jesus, Callie is your girl!

Made for This is hosted by Jennie Allen and is chock full of amazing Biblical wisdom. Jennie is the best cheerleader you want in your corner. She challenges you to live with purpose and passion for what God has called you to.
Jennie often talks about mental health and real life struggles. Authenticity is a major theme in her podcast as she fiercly chases after Christ, and encourages you to do the same.

3. Change Your Brain Every Day

For all my brain health nerds out there, this podcast is for you!
Dr. Daniel Amen and his wife Tana Amen discuss a variety of different brain health topics. They often feature many interesting guests as they share their own personal story with mental health.
If you’re looking for practical tips, science based information, and love a little challenge, you’ll totally dig this show!

4. Therapy and Theology

This podcast is hosted by Lysa Terkheurst and it’s a powerhouse of amazing info. Lysa dives right into the middle of hard topics and gets real with you. Joined alongside her counselor Jim Cress and the Director of Theological Research at Proverbs 31 Ministries, Dr. Joel Muddamalle they offer Biblical insight and much needed help.
They touch on topics like trauma, trust issues, relationship struggles, and so much more.

This podcast is hosted by Maddie Miles and is perfect for my holistic health and wellness girlies. She talks about hormones, diet, exercise, cycle syncing, and so many other amazing topics.
Maddie always fills each episode with fantastic information that is geniunely helpful. You won’t leave her show feeling overwhelmed or confused.
She often features amazing guests, often professionals in the health and wellness field to bring you the most current tips and tricks to feel your best.
